Patty McCubbin and Kathy Hibschman played flute in Rise and Shine. We did a lot of tunes with the whole group, and later on did some of my compositions. Their playing complemented many services at the Chapel. It was also a great opportunity for me for compose and work out harmonies. Here are four tunes, all circa '75 - '77, recorded at the Chapel, probably right after the Rise and Shine '77 session. Song Before the Title still doesn't have a title.Tim Desmond did the recording on reel-to-reel, which was copied to cassette, digitized to wav, cleaned up, split into tracks, and finally converted to mp3.
