Ingredients crust 1 package graham crackers
⅓ c sugar
1 stick butter
filling
1 8 oz package neuchatel cream cheese
1 c cold milk 1 t vanilla 2 packs dream whip ½ c sugar topping
3 small packages fresh raspberries½ c sugar ¼ c water ¼ c Chambord liquer 2 T corn starch | Preparation crust preheat oven to 350
melt the butter in a large bowl
crumble the graham crackers into tiny chunks and add to butter
add ⅓ c sugar and stir
form crust in a 9x13 baking dish
bake at 350 for 10 minutes then set aside to cool
filling
soften the cream cheese and put in mixing bowl
add 1 c cold milk and vanilla and mix
add in dream whip and continue mixing until it whips
add ½ c sugar and whip again until well mixed
pour evenly into cooled crust
topping
pour all ingredients into a small saucepan
stir continuously on medium-high heat until it bubbles
cool, and then pour evenly on the filling
