Chinese Salad

Don't know why this is called Chinese -- it complements just about any meal.

1/2 C sliced almonds
1 pkg ramen noodles
1/4 C sesame seeds

1/2 C canola oil
1/2 C seasoned rice wine vinegar
1 T soy sauce

1 bag slaw
crunch the noodles into small bits
sauté with almonds and a little bit of butter until almonds start to brown
then add sesame seeds for another minute
let cool

mix the oil, vinegar and soy sauce in a jar

combine all ingredients in a bowl
