Pan Asian Sauce

A clone of the Bonefish Grill sauce.

⅛ C olive oil
¼ C minced ginger
¼ C soy sauce
1 C ketchup
1 C oyster sauce
3 T lemon juice
¼ C water
½ C sugar
sauté ginger with a little olive oil in medium saucepan
mix remaining ingredients except sugar in a bowl and add to pan
bring to a slow boil then turn to med-low heat
slowly add sugar while stirring and cook for 5 minutes
add a little hot water if sauce is too thick
