Ingredients 5 lb sweet potatoes 4 T maple syrup 2/3 C milk 1/2 C butter melted 2 pinch cayenne 2 pinch nutmeg chopped pecans for garnish | Preparation potatoes pierce potatoes and place on paper towels in microwave microwave on high until they are soft cut in half lengthwise and spoon out of skins into a bowl casserole mix in remaining ingredients except pecans spoon into casserole roast the pecans in a saute pan with a bit of pam go to gram's with the casserole and pecans nuke at high until hot and top with pecans |
