Ingredients ¼ c onion diced 4 cloves garlic minced 2 T cider vinegar 2 bunches collard greens, deveined, 1" squares 1 bunch mustard greens, deveined, 1" squares (optional)
1 T molasses
1 T worcestershire sauce
2 dashes hot sauce
salt
pepper | Preparation in large pot medium heat cook the onions, garlic and vinegar until liquid reduces by half add the greens, molasses, worcestershire, hot sauce, 1 c water, and freshly ground salt and pepper, cover with parchment paper and simmer about 30 minutes til greens are tender serve with hot sauce on the side |
